William R. Penton, III


Growing up in Salt Lake City, Utah, Mr. Penton attended law school because he, “likes finding the answers to complex legal questions and arguing for clients in court.” He oversees all litigation cases in the firm including Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Family Law, and Criminal cases. A true advocate for all people, Mr. Penton spent two years in Milan, Italy as a Volunteer, LDS Missionary training incoming and current missionaries as a District and Zone Leader. Married with four children, living in New Orleans, “suits our family well.” He enjoys cooking, LSU football, spending time with his family and attending church. Fun fact about William: he is a former member of the Salt Lake City Community College Choir and is trained to sing Opera.
